Kaouther Ben Amor è nota per la dimensione teatrale delle sue interpretazioni espressive e per le coreografie originali.

Maestra e artista internazionale, il suo stile glamour è diventato sinonimo di eleganza ed emozione e conquista il cuore del pubblico.

Tunisina, Kaouther è cresciuta a Parigi e ha iniziato la sua carriera con Ballet Mayodi el Noujoum con il quale ha lavorato per molti anni prima di decidere di diventare un'artista solista. Allo scopo di perfezionare il suo stile ha studiato con insegnanti del calibro di Yousry Sharif, Raqia Hassan, Dina. Dopo molti spettacoli in Francia, dove il suo nome come insegnante e performer è riconosciuto, ha lavorato all'estero, in prestigiosi teatri: New York, Dallas, Ginevra, Bruxelles, Il Cairo, Torino, Amsterdam, Tunisi, Venezia, Berlino, Amsterdam.

Lavora nel cinema, anche con Rachid Bouchared, per cui ha creato le coreografie del suo ultimo film "Uomini senza legge" (Festival di Cannes 2010 In Concorso).

Raqia Hassan invita Kaouther, come artista Performer e Maestra, nel suo prestigioso evento, edizione 2011, invito rinnovato per il 2012 e il 2013. Kaouther è ospite esclusiva del Festival Internazionale Ahlan Wa Sahlan.

Il suo stile e la sua conoscenza della cultura egiziana affascina gli studenti desiderosi di praticare la danza del ventre come arte ancestrale.

Kaouther Ben Amor is known for the theatrical dimension she gives to her expressive interpretations and original choreographies.

International master teacher and dancer artist, her glamorous style become synonymous of elegance and emotion conquering the heart of the audience.

Tunisian born, Kaouther grew up in Paris and started her career with Mayodi’s Ballet el Noujoum with whom she worked for many years before deciding to become a soloist artist. Aiming at perfecting her style she mastered herself especially with names as Yousry Sharif, Raqia Hassan,Dina, Randa Kamel and many others. After various shows in France where her name totally settled down as teacher and performer, she naturally moved on to performing abroad in prestigious theatres : New York, Dallas, Geneva, Brussels, Cairo, Torino, Amsterdam, Tunis, Venice, Rimini, Berlin, Amsterdam.

Cinema wants her too! Rachid Bouchared trusted her to create the choreography of the oriental ballet in his latest film “Outside the Law” (Cannes Film Festival 2010 Official Competition ).

It is upon Raqia Hassan's request who always focused on her evolution, that Kaouther joined the 2011 edition of the prestigious as Artist Performer and Teacher, invitation renewed for 2012 and 2013.

Her name and reputation are now crossing the overseas by being invited both for workshops and shows. Kaouther shares her exclusive style and her knowledge for Egyptian culture and captivates students eager to practice Belly dance as an ancestral Art.
